Intelligence forged on the shop floor.

Where builders become owners.

eus Faber is building a group of European manufacturing businesses. The idea behind it is old. For seven hundred years, European craft moved from workshop to workshop with journeymen who learned in one shop and carried that knowledge to the next. We will make it work again in modern factories across the continent.

We acquire good businesses and run them from the inside, on the shop floor rather than from a distance. We are not buying shop floors to strip them, flip them or load them with debt. We will fix what’s broken, keep what works, innovate to scale them and stay.

Everyone starts on the floor, one problem at a time, then moves to the next factory with more responsibility. What each person learns stays with the group, so each factory we add starts months ahead of the last.

Come and build. Start on the floor, earn the seat, own what you make.
